How it Works
[Free] Intro call to assess your needs and see if there is a fit. If there is, this is the high level process:
Phase 1: Discovery - learning about your current state, your company mission, vision and objectives, your customer journey, customer profile, customer value, competitive landscape, products and services, pricing and positioning. Also looking at what's working well and what could be improved. We can then prioritize objectives and deliverables based on your business needs.
Phase 2: Strategy and Planning - Once we've reviewed the current state, we can then create/define your unique value proposition, the positioning, defined customer journey, ideal customer profile, Marketing objectives, strategy and the plan (how we're going to get there).
Phase 3: Execution - At this stage, we know what we want to achieve, how we're going to achieve it, and who we're targeting, so we implement the programs and activities outlined in the plan. In terms of resources, I am happy to work with your internal Marketing team. I also have a network of freelancers (designer, developer, writer) that we can use if needed.
